摘 要:既有砖砌体房屋存量巨大,砖砌体墙普遍采用烧结实心标准砖砌筑,相当一部分砖墙厚度为180mm。既有砖砌体结构建造年代久远、设计标准低、砂浆强度低且抗震措施不足,需进行加固以提高抗震性能。超高性能工程用水泥基复合材料(UHP-ECC)是一种高强高韧的加固材料,已应用于砌体结构抗震加固。在此基础上,提出UHP-ECC面层加固180mm厚墙,对2片未加固试件和2片UHP-ECC面层(厚度8mm)加固试件进行拟静力试验和工程应用。试验结果表明:UHP-ECC面层加固能改善墙体破坏模式,使剪切脆性破坏转变为摇摆延性破坏;UHP-ECC面层能有效抑制墙体开裂和破坏,加固后墙体峰值承载力提升104%以上,延性和耗能能力显著提升。工程应用表明:经专家论证该加固方法安全有效,成本合理,不影响原建筑使用功能,UHP-ECC制备方便,人工抹压UHP-ECC面层施工便捷;可为同类工程加固提供借鉴参考。The stock of existing brick masonry structure is huge.A brick masonry wall is generally built with sintered solid standard bricks.A considerable part of the wall thickness is 180mm(referred to as 18 wall).Due to the low-quality design standard,low mortar strength,long construction age and insufficient seismic measures at that time,these buildings need to be reinforced to improve their seismic performance.Ultra-high performance engineered cementitious composite(UHP-ECC)is a kind of high strength and high toughness reinforcement material,which has been applied to the seismic reinforcement of masonry structures.On this basis,the UHP-ECC surface layer is proposed to reinforce the 180mm thick wall,and the quasi-static test and engineering application of two unreinforced specimens and two UHP-ECC surface layer(thickness 8mm)reinforced specimens are carried out.The test results show that the UHP-ECC surface reinforcement can improve the failure mode of the wall and transform the shear brittle failure into the rocking ductile failure.The UHP-ECC surface layer can effectively inhibit the cracking and failure of the wall.After reinforcement,the peak bearing capacity of the wall is increased by more than 104%,and the ductility and energy dissipation capacity are significantly improved.The pilot application of the project shows that the preparation of UHP-ECC is convenient,and the construction of UHP-ECC surface layer is convenient.It is proved by experts that the method is safe and effective,the cost is reasonable,and it does not affect the use function of the original building,which can provide reference for the reinforcement of similar projects.
