摘  要:本文针对历史街区建筑抗震能力低下、街巷狭窄、施工空间狭小的问题以及风貌保护的需求,对砌体结构首次提出了单边低成本摩擦滑移加固技术。设计并制作了两个砌体墙体模型,进行了加固前后拟静力试验和有限元模拟,对比分析了加固前后模型的承载力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能曲线、刚度退化曲线等。结果表明,采用该加固技术后,耗能能力显著提高、结构损伤明显降低,证明了该技术能显著提高结构抗震性能,实现震后功能的快速恢复。同时该技术简单易行、成本低、工期短,可在历史街区保护项目中推广应用。In response to the problems of low earthquake resistance in historical districts,narrow streets,narrow construction space,and the needs of the protection of the style,the masonry structure strengthened by unilateral low-cost friction and slip reinforcement technology is firstly proposed.Two masonry wall models were designed and produced,and the static test and finite element simulation were performed before and after reinforcement.The capacities of the walls,the hysteresis curves,the skeleton curves,the energy-consuming curves,the rigid degradation curves of the walls were analyzed before and after reinforcement.The results show that after using this reinforcement technology,the energy consumption capacity has significantly increased and the structural damage is significantly reduced,which proves that the technology can significantly improve the structural seismic performance and achieve rapid recovery of post-earthquake function.At the same time,the technology is simple and easy to do,the cost is low,and the construction period is short,which can be promoted and applied in the historical neighborhood protection project.
