摘　　要：以管理者的视角,从工程实践出发,总结、分析了既有建筑更新改造中所发现的结构鉴定与加固相关问题,提出了相关建议。对既有建筑结构鉴定及加固设计具有一定的借鉴意义。From the perspective of managers and engineering practice,this article summarizes and analyzes the problems related to structural appraisal and reinforcement discovered in the renovation of existing buildings,and puts forward relevant suggestions.This article has certain reference significance for the structural appraisal and reinforcement design of existing buildings.
