摘 要:文章以玻璃纤维复合材料层合板为研究对象,开展了含分层层合板的拉伸试验及拉伸强度预测研究。实验中,制备了含分层损伤的样件,进行了拉伸测试。同时,文章建立了含分层损伤的有限元模型,并通过仿真结果与试验数据的对比验证了模型的有效性。进一步,通过改变分层损伤模型的几何参数,研究了分层位置、分层面积以及分层形状对玻璃纤维层合板拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,分层面积越大、分层深度越靠近中央,层合板的拉伸强度越低;同等面积下,分层形状对拉伸强度的影响较小。Focusing on the glass fiber composite laminate,this paper carried out static tensile tests on laminate plates with delami⁃nation and investigated the method for predicting tensile strength.Specimens with delamination were prepared and tensile tests were conducted.A finite element model of laminate with delamination was developed,and the validity of the model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental data.Additionally,by varying the geometric parameters of the laminate with delamination model,the influences of the position,area and shape of the delamination on the tensile strength of the glass fiber laminate were examined thoroughly.The results showed that a larger delamination area and a closer delamination depth to the cen⁃ter lead to a lower tensile strength of the laminate.Under the same area,moreover,the delamination shape has little impact on the tensile strength.
