摘　　要：数字基础设施的建设为农村发展与农民共同富裕带来了重要机遇。文中基于中国社会综合调查(CGSS)数据、国家统计局等机构公开数据及各地区统计年鉴,采用双向固定效应模型,系统分析了数字基础设施对农村共同富裕的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,数字基础设施整体上显著促进了农村共同富裕,但在不同地区和技能群体间的作用存在显著差异。东部和中部地区受益程度显著高于西部地区,而高技能群体如青年和高学历人群受益显著,低技能群体受益有限,凸显了缩小地区和群体之间数字鸿沟、实现普惠发展的必要性。进一步的机制分析表明,数字基础设施主要通过促进数字金融发展、拓展就业机会、增强社交互动和转变文化观念等路径,实现了农民物质与精神双重富裕。文中为优化数字基础设施建设、推动农村数字金融发展、提升农民生活质量和主观福利提供了实证支持和政策参考。The construction of digital infrastructure presents a significant opportunity for rural development and the advancement of common prosperity among rural residents.Drawing on data from the China General Social Survey(CGSS),publicly available data from the National Bureau of Statistics,and various regional statistical yearbooks,this study employs a two-way fixed effects model to systematically examine the impact of digital infrastructure on rural common prosperity and its underlying mechanisms.The findings reveal that digital infrastructure significantly promotes common prosperity in rural areas,though substantial heterogeneity exists across regions and skill levels.Eastern and central regions benefit more than western regions,and high-skilled groups,such as youth and individuals with higher education levels,experience more pronounced advantages compared to low-skilled groups,underscoring the importance of bridging regional and social disparities to achieve inclusive growth.Further mechanism analysis demonstrates that digital infrastructure enhances both material and spiritual well-being by fostering digital financial development,expanding employment opportunities,strengthening social interactions,and facilitating cultural shifts.This study provides empirical evidence and policy insights for optimizing digital infrastructure construction,advancing rural digital finance,and improving the quality of life and subjective well-being of rural residents.
