重要农业文化遗产设立对农村居民收入的影响及其机制研究

摘　　要：发展重要农业文化遗产是实现农业可持续,促进乡村振兴的重要举措。文中以2008-2021年中国1101个县级行政单位为样本,使用PSM-DID模型分析重要农业文化遗产设立对农村居民收入的影响和作用机制。研究发现:1)重要农业文化遗产政策显著提升了农村居民收入水平。2)区域异质性方面,重要农业文化遗产政策对东中西部农村居民收入均有显著的正向影响。类型异质性方面,粮食蔬菜类和景观文化类重要农业文化遗产对农村居民收入有显著的正向影响。3)重要农业文化遗产能够通过技术发展、主体培育、品牌建设提升当地农村居民收入。基于此,文中提出进一步推动重要农业文化遗产认定,分区域、分类型加强重要农业文化遗产发展,发挥重要农业文化遗产对产业的带动功能等建议。The development of important agricultural heritage systems(IAHS)is an important measure to achieve agricultural sustainability and promote rural revitalization.Taking the data of 1101 county-level administrative units in China from 2008 to 2021 as samples,PSM-DID model is used to analyze the impact the establishment of IAHS on the income of local rural residents and the mechanism in it.The results show that:1)IAHS have significantly increased the income level of rural residents.2)In terms of regional heterogeneity,IAHS have significant positive impact on the income of rural residents in the central and western regions.In terms of type heterogeneity,IAHS of grain and vegetables and landscape culture have significant positive impact on rural residents'income.3)The mechanism test finds that IAHS can promote the income of local rural residents through technology development,subject cultivation and brand building.Based on this,it is proposed to further promote the identification of IAHS,strengthen the development of IAHS by region and type,and give full play to the driving function of IAHS to the industry.
