农场主数字素养对耕地质量保护行为的影响——基于2023年山东省家庭农场调查数据的实证分析

摘　　要：家庭农场作为新型农业经营主体,耕地经营规模较大,其耕地质量保护行为对保障我国粮食安全和农业可持续发展至关重要,同时也对小农户具有较强的示范带动作用,因此如何促进其进行耕地质量保护值得探讨。在数字乡村战略推进的背景下,文中从数字素养出发,实证分析了农场主数字素养对其耕地质量保护行为的影响。结果显示,农场主数字素养的提升对其耕地质量保护行为有显著的促进作用,经过内生性处理及稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;机制检验发现,数字素养的提升可以通过强化家庭农场电商参与和农业社会化服务采纳、促进农场主拓展社会网络来正向影响其耕地质量保护行为;异质性分析显示,对于收入较高和服务易得的家庭农场,农场主数字素养的提升更有助于其进行耕地质量保护。因此应强化农场主数字素养的培育,并为家庭农场电商参与、服务采纳与社会网络拓展创造条件,更好地促使其开展耕地质量保护。As a new type of agricultural business entity,family farms operate on a larger scale of farmland,and their actions in protecting farmland quality are crucial for ensuring China's food security and sustainable agricultural development.At the same time,they also serve as a strong demonstration and driving force for small farmers.Therefore,it is worth exploring how to promote them to protect their cultivated land quality.Under the background of the promotion of digital rural strategy,we have empirically analyzed the influence of farmers'digital literacy on their cultivated land quality protection behavior from the perspective of digital literacy.The results revealed that the improvement of farmers'digital literacy had a significant effect on their cultivated land quality protection behavior,and the conclusion was still valid after endogeneity treatment and robustness test.According to the mechanism test,the improvement of digital literacy can positively affect the cultivated land quality protection behavior by strengthening the family farm e-commerce participation and the adoption of agricultural social services,and promoting farmers to expand their social networks.Heterogeneity analysis showed that for family farms with higher income and easy access to services,the improvement of farmers'digital literacy is more conducive to the protection of cultivated land quality.Therefore,we should strengthen the cultivation of farmers'digital literacy,and create conditions for family farms to participate in e-commerce,adopt socialization services and expand their social network,to better promote their cultivated land quality protection.
