摘  要:为实现农田灌溉中的精准施肥,满足农作物不同生长阶段对肥液浓度的需求,设计一种基于模糊PID算法的肥水灌溉系统。该系统在传统PID控制的基础上,结合模糊理论,将专家农田灌溉经验转化为模糊控制规则。通过肥液浓度偏差量和偏差变化率,利用模糊逻辑规则实现PID参数的实时调整,从而精确调控肥液电导率(EC)。在农田灌溉仿真试验中,采用PLC控制的模糊PID设计,其响应时间比传统PID短,达到稳态时间减少了70 s,反应速度更快,性能更好,提高了肥水灌溉系统的精准度。To achieve precise fertilization in farmland irrigation and meet the demand for fertilizer concentration at different growth stages of crops,a fertilizer irrigation system based on the fuzzy PID algorithm was designed.On the basis of traditional PID control,this system combined fuzzy theory to transform expert agricultural irrigation experience into fuzzy control rules.By using the deviation of fertilizer concentration and the rate of deviation change,the fuzzy logic rules were applied to adjust PID parameters in real time,thereby precisely controlling the electrical conductivity(EC)of the fertilizer solution.In the simulation test of farmland irrigation,the fuzzy PID design controlled by PLC had a shorter response time than traditional PID,reduced the time to reach steady state by 70 s,and exhibited faster reaction speed and better performance,enhancing the precision of the fertilizer irrigation system.
