摘 要:基于山东省4市2县450份微观调研数据,借助选择实验方法和随机参数logit模型,实证分析露地和设施蔬菜种植户对生物农药的选择偏好、受偿意愿、使用意愿及异质性来源。研究发现:1)生物农药病虫害防治属性的优化有利于提高蔬菜种植户的整体效用水平,其中,露地蔬菜种植户对持效性久的生物农药最为偏好,设施蔬菜种植户对不易残留的生物农药最为偏好。2)设施蔬菜种植户对选择使用即时型或易残留型生物农药具有较高的受偿意愿,期望获得的最高补贴额度分别为207.573元/亩·年和316.797元/亩·年;露地蔬菜种植户对选择使用特异型或持效性短的生物农药具有较高的受偿意愿,期望获得的最高补贴额度分别为183.070元/亩·年和277.648元/亩·年。3)农户生物农药使用意愿受多个特征因素影响,其中,施药频次和农机数量分别是影响露地菜农和设施菜农是否使用生物农药的关键因素。4)农户生物农药属性偏好的异质性来源主要包括受教育程度、务农人数、农机数量和施药频次。为此要切实了解农户实际用药需求,探索建立生物农药差异化补贴机制,关注农户因种植方式不同而导致的择药偏好差异。Based on 450 micro-survey data from 4 cities and 2 counties in Shandong Province, with the help of choice experiment method and random parameter logit model, we empirically analyzed the selection preference, willingness to accept compensation, willingness to use and heterogeneity sources of bio-pesticide for open field and facility vegetable growers. The study found: 1) The optimization of biological pesticide based pest control attributes is conducive to improving the overall utility level of vegetable growers. Among them, open-field vegetable growers prefer long-lasting biological pesticides, and facility vegetable growers prefer non-residual biological pesticides. 2) Facility vegetable growers have a higher willingness to accept the compensation for choice of using instant or easily residual bio-pesticides, and the highest expected subsidy amounts are 207.573 yuan/mu·year and 316.797 yuan/mu·year, respectively. Open-field vegetable growers have a higher willingness to accept the conpensation for use of specific or short-lasting biopesticides, and the expected maximum subsidy amounts are 183.070 yuan/mu·year and 277.648 yuan/mu·year, respectively. 3) Farmers' willingness to use biological pesticides is affected by many characteristic factors. Among them, the frequency of pesticide application and the number of agricultural machinery are the key factors affecting whether open-field vegetable farmers and facility vegetable farmers use biological pesticides. 4) The heterogeneity sources for farmers, biological pesticide attribute preference mainly include education level, number of farm workers, number of agricultural machinery and application frequency. Therefore, it is necessary to effectively understand the actual needs of bio-pesticide for farmers, explore a way for establishment of a differential subsidy mechanism for bio-pesticide application, and pay attention to the differences in pesticide preferences among farmers due to different planting modes.
