摘  要:推动农业绿色低碳发展是保障国家食物安全、资源安全和生态安全的必由之路。文中基于山东省的微观调研数据,利用Oprobit模型实证分析了互联网使用对蔬菜种植户绿色低碳生产的影响效应、作用机制及异质性。研究结果表明,互联网使用显著促进蔬菜种植户绿色低碳生产,且对劳动密集型生产环节的影响效应大于技术密集型生产环节。互联网使用通过增加产前机会识别、产中技术模仿、产后电商销售缓解蔬菜种植户的信息约束、资本约束和市场约束,有效促进其绿色低碳生产。异质性研究发现,数字鸿沟的存在使互联网使用对绿色低碳生产的促进作用更倾向于高数字素养蔬菜种植户,但从禀赋鸿沟视角来看,互联网使用又能够增强不同社会资本水平蔬菜种植户绿色低碳生产的步调一致性。而线下农业培训可以有效弥合鸿沟,更好发挥互联网使用对蔬菜种植户绿色低碳生产的推动效应。因此,应加强数字信息平台建设,实施农业技术分类推广,设置差异化农民培训,助力互联网时代下农业绿色低碳转型。Promoting green and low-carbon development in agriculture is the only way to ensure national food security, resource security, and ecological security. Based on the micro survey data from Shandong Province, we empirically analyze the impact, mechanism and heterogeneity of Internet use on green and low-carbon production of vegetable growers by using the Oprobit model. The research results show that the use of the Internet significantly promotes green and low-carbon production of vegetable growers, and has greater impact on labor-intensive production links than on technology intensive production links. Internet use alleviates the information constraints, capital constraints and market constraints of vegetable growers and effectively promotes their green and low-carbon production by increasing pre-production opportunity identification, technology imitation in production, and post production e-commerce sales. Heterogeneity research finds that the existence of the digital divide makes the role of Internet use in promoting green and low-carbon production more inclined to high digital literacy vegetable growers, but from the perspective of the endowment gap, Internet use can also enhance the consistency of green and low-carbon production of vegetable growers at different levels of social capital. And offline agricultural training can effectively bridge the gap and give better play to the driving effect of Internet use on green and low-carbon production of vegetable growers. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of digital information platform, implement the classified promotion of agricultural technology, set up differentiated farmer training, and help the green and low-carbon transformation of agriculture in the Internet era.
