摘　　要：新质生产力通过赋能肉苁蓉产业链各环节主体利益联结,催生新模式、新动能,推动荒漠地区肉苁蓉产业高质量发展。文中基于新质生产力背景下的肉苁蓉产业链利益联结理论逻辑,利用内蒙古肉苁蓉产业链861户多元主体调研结果,通过Logit-ISM模型识别各主体利益联结行为影响因素及各因素间关联层级,得出新质生产力背景下内蒙古肉苁蓉产业链利益联结的行为逻辑与实现路径。结果显示:价值增值与生态建设是影响肉苁蓉产业各主体利益联结意愿的直接因素;政策支持、信息共享标准认知、利益分配标准认知、违约标准认知和风险共担标准认知是间接因素,文化程度、经营规模、盈利水平是根源因素。具体行为逻辑为:禀赋特征→标准认知→效用感知→利益联结行为;政策支持→效用感知→利益联结行为。基于此,从顺应生态文明建设、耦合利用沙区资源、加速供需绿色循环、创新推进新模式等方面,提出新质生产力背景下荒漠地区肉苁蓉产业链利益联结的实现路径。The new productive forces,by empowering the stakeholders in various interest links of the Cistanche deserticola industry chain,have given rise to new models and new driving forces,to promote the high-quality development of the Cistanche deserticola industry in desert areas.Based on the theoretical logic of interest linkage in the Cistanche deserticola industry chain under the background of new quality productivity,Using the survey data of 861 diversified subjects in the Cistanche deserticola industry chain in Inner Mongolia,the Logit ISM model is used to identify the factors influencing interest linkage behavior of each subject and the hierarchical relationship between each factor,and the behavioral logic and implementation path of interest linkage in the Cistanche deserticola industry chain in Inner Mongolia under the background of new quality productivity are obtained.The results show that value appreciation and ecological construction are the direct factors affecting the willingness of various stakeholders in the Cistanche deserticola industry to connect their interests.Policy support,awareness of information sharing standards,awareness of benefit distribution standards,awareness of benefit distribution standards,and awareness of risk sharing standards are indirect factors,while education level,business scale,and profitability level are root factors.The specific behavioral logic is:endowment characteristics→standard cognition→utility perception→interest linkage behavior.Policy support→utility perception→interest linkage behavior.Based on this,a path for realizing the linkage of benefits in the industrial chain of Cistanche deserticola in desert areas under the background of new quality productivity is proposed from the aspects of conforming to ecological civilization construction,coupling the utilization of sand resources,accelerating the green cycle of supply and demand,and innovating and promoting new models.
