摘 要:探究黔中喀斯特高强度石漠化土壤侵蚀区土壤及其化学计量特征,为喀斯特石漠化水土保持研究提供参考。研究选择贵州中部地区的典型高强度石漠化喀斯特土壤侵蚀区,按1 m×1 m的内圈向外扩张法进行取样,测定其土壤养分,分析养分特征,采用Person法对土壤养分含量及化学计量比进行相关分析,并对各因子进行主成分分析。结果表明:(1)研究区土壤全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)的平均含量分别为4.67 g/kg、1.22 g/kg、7.21 g/kg;碱解氮(HN)、速效磷(AP)、速效钾(AK)平均含量分别为254.13 mg/kg、3.59 mg/kg、115.89 mg/kg;(2)土壤养分及其计量比之间总体呈现出显著的正相关,其中全氮(TN)、碱解氮(HN)与其他土壤养分及计量比之间均存在极显著正相关(p<0.01);(3)研究区土壤养分含量及化学计量比3个主成分累计方差为88.93%,各主成分的初始特征值方差百分比分别为58.33%、74.75%、88.93%,其中第一主成分全氮(TN)、碱解氮(HN)、N/K的相关系数较大,起决定性作用。总体而言,黔中高强度石漠化喀斯特土壤侵蚀区的土壤主要养分特征表现为磷(P)、钾(K)含量较低,而氮(N)含量丰富。This paper explores the soil and its stoichiometric characteristics in the high-intensity rocky desertification and soil erosion karst areas in central Guizhou,so as to provide reference for the study on water and soil conservation in rocky desertification karst area.The samples were collected from the typical high-intensity rocky desertification and soil erosion karst areas in central Guizhou by 1 m×1 m inner circle outward expansion method,and the soil nutrient characteristics were analyzed.Person method was used for correlation analysis of the soil nutrient content and the stoichiometric ratio,and the principal component analysis was carried out for each factor.The results showed that:(1)The average contents of total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK),available nitrogen(HN),available phosphorus(AP),and available potassium(AK)of the soil in the study area were 4.67 g/kg,1.22 g/kg,7.21 g/kg,254.13 mg/kg,3.59 mg/kg and 115.89 mg/kg,respectively.(2)There was significant positive correlation between the soil nutrient content and the stoichiometric ratio(p<0.01).(3)The cumulative variance of the soil nutrient content and the stoichiometric ratio was 88.93%,and the variance of the initial characteristic values of each principal component was 58.33%,74.75%and 88.93%,respectively;the first principal component(TN,HN and N/K)had large correlation coefficient,and played a decisive role in the study area.In conclusion,the soil nutrient characteristics of the study area was low in P and K contents,and high in N content.
