摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的推进,装配式农房建设逐渐受到重视。为了促进装配式农房的稳步发展,研究从技术体系出发,剖析了当前现状与问题;在此基础上分析了装配式农房的驱动因素与发展趋势并提出建议,通过加强政策引导、推动技术创新、注重人才培养等方式大力推行装配式农房,可成为农村居住空间变革的重要载体,不仅可满足村民对农村现代化和居住环境舒适性的需求,还能为乡村振兴与城乡可持续发展注入新的动力。With the promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the construction of prefabricated farmhouses is gradually receiving attention.In order to promote the steady development of prefabricated rural houses,the study analyzed the current situation and problems from the perspective of technical system;On this basis,the driving factors and development trends of prefabricated farmhouses were analyzed,and suggestions were put forward.By strengthening policy guidance,promoting technological innovation,and emphasizing talent cultivation,prefabricated farmhouses can be vigorously promoted as an important carrier for rural residential space transformation.It can not only meet the needs of villagers for rural modernization and comfortable living environment,but also inject new impetus into rural revitalization and sustainable urban-rural development.
