摘 要:随着基坑工程朝着深大紧近方向发展,加之“环保、绿色、智能”等发展新要求,绿色可回收装配式支护技术成为需要完善发展的问题之一。对深圳某基坑支护工程进行了支撑方案比选及设计,并从安全、经济、碳排放等方面研究预应力装配式张弦梁钢桁架支撑在深基坑工程中的适用性。应用结果表明,张弦梁钢桁架支撑用于深基坑支护工程是安全可靠的。张弦梁系统的大跨度设计,增加了开挖空间,缩短了施工工期,从整体上提升了支护方案的经济效益。张弦梁钢桁架支撑构件可循环使用,低碳环保,此技术是绿色可回收装配式支护技术的新发展。With the development of foundation pit engineering in the direction of deep and large,coupled with the new development requirements of"environmental protection,green and intelligent",green recyclable prefabricated support technology has become one of the problems that need to be improved and developed.The comparison and design of the support scheme for a foundation pit support project in Shenzhen were carried out,and the applicability of beam string steel truss bracing in the deep foundation pit project was studied from the aspects of safety,economy and carbon emissions.The application results show that the beam string steel truss bracing is safe and reliable for deep foundation pit support engineering.The long-span design of the beam string system increases the excavation space,shortens the construction period,and improves the economic benefits of the support scheme as a whole.The members of beam string steel truss bracing can be recycled,low-carbon and environmentally friendly,and this technology is a new development of green recyclable prefabricated support technology.
