摘 要:全球气候变化问题的日益严峻,在住建部提倡的双碳与宜居理念的指导下,“好房子”不再仅仅是一个遮风挡雨的场所,而是成为绿色生态、舒适宜居的代名词。文中以低碳住区设计理念作为分析切入点,通过对顶层规划、建筑空间设计、建筑主被动技术、建筑材料选型、运营维护等多维度的策略研究分析,提出普遍适用于当代住宅小区双碳宜居理念下的六大策略,旨在为“好房子”低碳住区提供全面可应用的设计思路。The growing urgency of global climate change,coupled with the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality principles and the livability concept advocated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development,has redefined the notion of a"good house".It is no longer merely a shelter,but has evolved into a symbol of green ecology and comfortable living.This paper adopts the low-carbon residential design concept as its analytical framework and examines strategies across multiple dimensions,including top-level planning,spatial design,active and passive building technologies,material selection,and operational maintenance.Six strategies are proposed,which are widely applicable to contemporary residential communities under the dual-carbon and livability principles.The aim is to provide comprehensive,actionable design insights for creating low-carbon residential districts based on the"good house"concept.
