摘  要:针对房屋建筑工程管井内空间狭小、管道数量多的情况,结合工程中相关质量问题,研制出一种装配式预制管井楼板施工方法。该方法采用BIM技术对管井内的管道情况建立模型并综合优化,根据确定的管道位置,明确每层管井楼板内的套管尺寸、定位、高度等参数;通过在施工现场对管井楼板提前预制,并在其中预埋套管,待强度满足拆模后,将其吊运至作业面与作业层楼板一起浇筑。具有施工简单、管道定位精准、一次成活、成品美观等优点,可有效节约人力物力,提高施工效率和成品质量。In view of the narrow space and large number of pipelines in the construction project,a prefabricated and assembled pipe shaft floor construction method has been developed in combination with related quality issues in engineering.This method utilizes BIM technology to establish and optimize the pipeline conditions within the pipe shafts.Based on the determined pipe positions,parameters such as the size,positioning,and height of the casing pipes within the pipe shaft floor of each layer are clarified.By prefabricating the pipe shaft floor at the construction site and embedding the casing pipes beforehand,the prefabricated floor is hoisted to the work surface for pouring together with the floor of the working layer after the strength meets the requirements for formwork removal.This method features simple construction,precise pipeline positioning,one-time completion,and beautiful finished products,effectively saving manpower and material resources,and improving construction efficiency and finished product quality.
