摘  要:聚合物水泥基涂层以其经济适用和性能优越被广泛应用于防水防腐领域,但以丙烯酸酯共聚乳液为主体的液料和以水泥为主体的粉料因原料及配比变化对涂层性能影响较大;文中研究了乳液种类、聚胶比、水泥用量及填料种类对涂层拉伸性能的影响,结果表明:硅丙乳液具有较好的拉伸性能,当聚胶比为35%,水泥和填料各占50%时聚合物水泥基涂层的拉伸强度大于等于1.8MPa,断裂伸长率在30%以上,符合《聚合物水泥防水涂料:GB/T23445—2009》中Ⅲ型产品的拉伸性能要求;此外建议修订聚合物水泥基防水材料相关规范时引入裂缝桥接性能指标及相关测试方法,可更好地反映涂层抑裂能力。Polymer-cement-based coatings are widely used in waterproofing and anti-corrosion applications due to their cost-effectiveness and superior performance.However,the performance of these coatings is significantly influenced by variations in the type of acrylic copolymer emulsion,the polymer-to-cement ratio,the amount of cement,and the type of filler.The study investigates the effects of emulsion type,polymer-to-cement ratio,cement content,and filler type on the tensile properties of the coatings.The results indicate that silicone-acrylic emulsions exhibit excellent tensile properties.When the polymer-to-cement ratio is 35%,and both cement and filler each constitute 50%of the mixture,the tensile strength of the polymer-cement-based coating is at least 1.8 MPa,with a elongation at break exceeding 30%,meeting the tensile performance requirements for Type Ⅲ products specified in"GB/T 23445—2009"Polymer-modified cement compounds for waterproof membrane.Furthermore,it is recommended that future revisions of relevant specifications for polymer-cement-based waterproof materials include crack-bridging performance indicators and testing methods to better reflect the coating's crack resistance capabilities.
