摘 要:为了探究3种无机助磨剂对伊春鹿鸣辉钼矿石磨矿效果的影响,在不添加助磨剂的情况下对合适磨矿浓度、介质充填率、球料比进行了研究,在此基础上以磨矿产品-0.074 mm含量、代表性粒径参数、粒度分布和颗粒微观形貌为评价依据,开展了三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃助磨效果研究。结果表明,六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、水玻璃等无机盐助磨剂能有效提高磨矿产品-0.074 mm含量;在试验确定磨矿工艺参数情况下,分别添加三聚磷酸钠500g/t、六偏磷酸钠250 g/t、水玻璃500 g/t,磨矿7 min时产品-0.074 mm含量比不添加助磨剂情况下分别提高1.31、3.51、2.16个百分点;磨矿时间相同,添加助磨剂对应的磨矿产品d_(50)、d90均小于不添加助磨剂情况下,比表面积则相反,说明助磨剂能够提高磨矿效果;不添加助磨剂时辉钼矿颗粒表面较平整光滑,裂缝数量较少,加入助磨剂后辉钼矿颗粒表面变得粗糙,且新产生了大量的裂缝,使得其表面硬度与强度下降,进而有助于提高磨矿效果。添加助磨剂对浮选的影响有待后续研究。In order to explore the effect of three inorganic grinding aids on the grinding effect of Yichun Luming molybdenum ore,the appropriate grinding concentration,medium filling rate and ratio of ball to material were studied without adding grinding aids.On this basis,the grinding effects of sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium hexametaphosphate and water glass were studied with the content of grinding products below 0.074 mm,representative particle size parameters,particle size distribution and particle microstructure as evaluation basis.The results showed that inorganic salt grinding aids such as sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium tripolyphosphate and water glass could effectively increase the content of-0.074 mm in grinding products.When the grinding process parameters were determined by the test,the content of-0.074 mm was increased by 1.31,3.51 and 2.16 percentage points when sodium tripolyphosphate was added at 500 g/t,sodium hexametaphosphate at 250 g/t and water glass at 500 g/t,respectively,compared with that without adding grinding aid at 7 min.When the grinding time is the same,the d_(50)and d90 of the grinding products corresponding to the addition of the grinding aid are smaller than those without the addition of the grinding aid,and the specific surface area is opposite,indicating that the grinding aid can improve the grinding effect.Without the addition of the grinding aids,the surface of the molybdenite particles is smooth and the number of cracks is less.After the addition of the grinding aid,the surface of the molybdenite particles becomes rough,and a large number of cracks are generated,which makes the surface hardness and strength decrease,and then help to improve the grinding effect.The effect of adding grinding aid on flotation needs further study.
