摘  要:中国原发性高血压不仅和心脑血管性疾病的发生密切相关,而且还可引起多脏器功能损害。它是一种由多基因遗传引起的复杂疾病,基因在高血压的发病中起着重要的影响作用。中国区域-区域之间、区域-种族之间,种族-种族之间的差异是影响易感基因多态性产生的原因之一。目前,学者们对于高血压病易感基因的多态性进行了大量的研究。本文主要对亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因、血管紧张素原基因、血管紧张素转换酶基因、内皮一氧化氮合成酶基因在不同区域的研究现状进行综述,以期为今后高血压的预防和治疗提供参考。In China,essential hypertension is closely linked to the onset of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,as well as the risk of multiple organ dysfunction.This condition is complex and influenced by a variety of factors,including genetic contributions,with hereditary factors playing a significant role in its development.The variations in susceptibility gene polymorphisms are affected by regional,geographic,and ethnic differences within the country.Recent studies have thoroughly investigated the polymorphisms of genes related to hypertension susceptibility.This article seeks to review the current literature on the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene,angiotensinogen gene,angiotensin-converting enzyme gene,and endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene across various regions,offering insights that could guide future approaches to preventing and managing hypertension.
