摘 要:全球碳排放持续攀升,气候变暖问题日益严峻。深入剖析低碳转型的经济成本后,我们发现,即便将所有碳排放的外部成本内部化,全球经济可能仍有能力承担,同时通过可再生能源对传统火电有序替代,也有望在合理的成本范围内根本解决全球碳排放问题。这为低碳转型的经济可行性提供了有力支撑,并且更为乐观的是,随着科技进步,新能源成本还将持续下降,为转型之路带来更好前景。基于此,建议积极扩大新能源的投资规模,推动光电、风电、水电等新能源装机逐年有序替代火电装机,实现发电体系从化石能源向可再生能源的转型。此外,为了增强新能源的消纳能力,也还需加大对储能设施的投资力度,确保新能源的更高效利用。Global carbon emissions continue to rise,and the problem of climate change is becoming increasingly severe.After a thorough analysis of the economic costs of low-carbon transformation,we found that even if all external costs of carbon emissions are internalized,the global economy may still be able to bear them.At the same time,by orderly replacing traditional thermal power with renewable energy,it is expected to fundamentally solve the global carbon emission problem within a reasonable cost range.This provides strong support and feasibility for the economic feasibility of low-carbon transformation,and more optimistically,with the advancement of technology,the cost of new energy will continue to decline,bringing better prospects for our transformation path.Based on this,we suggest actively expanding the investment scale of new energy,promoting the orderly replacement of thermal power installations with new energy installations such as photovoltaics,wind power,and hydropower year by year,and achieving the transformation of the power generation system from fossil fuels to renewable energy.In addition,in order to enhance the consumption capacity of new energy,it is also necessary to increase investment in energy storage facilities to ensure more efficient utilization of new energy.
