摘　　要：本文通过对企业司库管理的中外发展对比,简述了国内政策背景、企业司库管理现状及商业银行司库服务,介绍企业司库体系建设实践内容并分析遇到的难点,结合未来企业司库发展的新趋势,基于商业银行综合金融服务给出策略建议。本文认为企业司库体系建设发展既是金融服务也是信息技术的发展,二者的结合与延伸,可应用于解决司库业财融合、数据资源管理、金融属性赋能及安全保障策略面临的难题,商业银行应发挥金融属性优势,积极创新,提升企业司库服务质效,打造特色化、一体化数智司库综合服务。This article compares the development of corporate treasury management domestically and internationally.It provides an overview of the domestic policy landscape,the current state of corporate treasury management,and the treasury services offered by commercial banks.The paper introduces the practical content in the construction of corporate treasury systems and analyzes the difficulties encountered.In light of emerging trends and future advancements,the paper offers strategic recommendations for optimizing corporate treasury system construction from the perspective of commercial banks.It emphasizes that the evolution of corporate treasury systems is driven by both financial services and information technology.By integrating and extending these two domains,commercial banks can address challenges related to the convergence of business and finance,data resource management,financial empowerment,and security protection.Commercial banks should leverage their financial expertise,drive innovation,and enhance the quality and efficiency of corporate treasury services,ultimately creating a distinctive,integrated,and digitalized treasury management solution.
