摘 要:含油污泥(OS)的减量和无害化处理是油气相关企业亟待解决的重要问题,就地转化废弃轻烃资源获得的高性能碳纳米管(CNTs)可用于OS原位处理。综述了CNTs的磁性纳米粒子改性、强化OS吸附和强化OS催化分解等技术进展,分析了现有技术的优势、局限性以及用于OS处理的可行性。针对OS处理的现实需要,从技术优化、成本控制和应用落地等方面给出了可行的解决思路或潜在的研究方向。The reduction and harmless treatment of oily sludge(OS) are important issues that oil and gas related enterprises urgently need to solve, and high-performance carbon nanotubes(CNTs) obtained from directly catalytic conversion of waste light hydrocarbon resources can be used for in-situ treatment of OS.Technological progresses of magnetic modification, enhanced OS adsorption, and enhanced OS degradation of CNTs are reviewed, and the advantages, limitations, and feasibility for OS treatment of existing technologies are analyzed.Viable solutions or potential research directions have been provided for the practical needs of OS treatment, including technical optimization, cost control, and application implementation.
