摘 要:随着原油品质的恶化和原油加工深度的增加,高硫石油焦的产量逐年增加。寻找一种安全、有效、经济的方法来提高脱硫效率是高硫焦脱硫面临的挑战。通过两段联合脱硫工艺,即在360℃下预氧化5 h,然后在80℃的0.8 mol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液中萃取100 min,高硫石油焦脱硫率最高可达75.7%。在此条件下,脱硫焦炭的收率为63.4%。降低预氧化温度可以提高脱硫焦炭的收率。经340℃的预氧化,再经Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液处理,脱硫率为48.4%,脱硫后的焦炭收率提高到92.4%。联合多种物理化学方法对处理过程的石油焦进行表征,结果表明,预氧化过程促进了原料焦中噻吩硫分解为相应的砜、亚砜、硫酸盐以及SO_(2)和H_(2)S;而Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液处理促进了生成的硫酸盐和亚砜的溶解脱除。The requirement of energy saving and environmental protection promotes the development of desulfurization technology for petroleum coke.In the present work,a maximum 75.7%desulfurization rate was achieved through a combined two-stage desulfurization process,i.e.,preoxidation of the petcoke at 360℃for 5 h followed by extraction in 0.8 mol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)solution at 80℃for 100 min.Under these conditions the yield of desulfurized petcoke was 63.4%.The yield of the desulfurized petcoke could be improved through decreasing peroxidation temperature.At the preoxidation temperature of 340℃the desulfurization rate was 48.4%,and the yield of the desulfurized petcoke was improved to 92.4%.The characterization results obtained from various techniques confirmed that the preoxidation process promotes the decomposition of the thiophene sulfur in the raw petcoke into corresponding sulfone,sulfoxide,sulfate as well as SO_(2)and H_(2)S.While,treatment in Na_(2)CO_(3)solution promotes the dissolution of the resultant sulfate and sulfoxide.
