摘 要:目的对2020—2024年科学引文索引扩展(SCI-Expanded,SCIE)数据库和中国科学引文数据库(Chinese Science Citation Database,CSCD)中新型冠状(新冠)病毒文献进行计量分析,为新发传染病研究及相关科技政策制定提供参考。方法基于SCIE数据库和CSCD分析新冠病毒相关文献的年度、国家、机构、期刊、关键词等分布情况。结果SCIE数据库中新冠病毒文献数量经历了快速增长,趋于平稳和逐步下降的过程,以2021年文献数量最多(58416篇),CSCD文献数量以2020年最多(3838篇),后逐渐下降;SCIE数据库中国新冠病毒文献数量(24315篇)居全球第二位,仅次于美国(38832篇),华中科技大学发表的文献数量最多(1082篇),但在高影响因子期刊的文献数量与国外部分机构还存在差距。发表新冠病毒相关文献期刊分布广泛,Nature、Science等部分期刊的相关文献数量均>100篇。结论我国新冠病毒相关文献的数量和质量在一定程度上反映了我国新发传染病应对科技支撑能力的显著提升,但还需进一步提升研究能力水平以应对未来新发传染病流行。Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)literature from 2020 to 2024 in the SCI-Expanded(SCIE)and Chinese Science Citation Database(CSCD)databases,to provide a reference for the research of emerging infectious diseases and the formulation of related scientific policy-making.Methods Based on SCIE and CSCD databases,the annual,national,institutional,journal,and keyword distribution of SARS-CoV-2-related literature were analyzed.Results The number of SARS-CoV-2 publications in SCIE experienced rapid growth,followed by stabilization and a gradual decline,peaking in 2021(58416).In contrast,the highest volume of publications in CSCD occurred in 2020(3838),and then gradually decreased.China ranked second globally in terms of SCIE SARS-CoV-2 publications(24315),following the United States(38832),with notable contributions from institutions such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology(1082).However,the number of publications in top-tier journals still lags behind that of some foreign institutions.SARS-CoV-2-related literature has a wide distribution of journals,with over 100 articles published in prestigious journals like Nature and Science.Conclusions The quantity and quality of SARS-CoV-2-related literature in China reflect the improvement of scientific and technological support capacity for responding to emerging infectious diseases.Nevertheless,further improvements in research capacity are necessary to effectively address future outbreaks of emerging infectious diseases.
