摘  要:以聚醚砜PES和聚砜PSF分别改性氰酸酯树脂,研究了改性树脂固化后的形貌结构,并在沸水条件下对材料进行湿热老化处理。采用动态热机械分析方法研究了材料的湿热老化性能。PES和PSF的加入使改性氰酸酯树脂固化后形成两相结构,其中以PES改性的固化样品两相界面形貌较佳,DMA测试也表明改性氰酸酯固化后出现两个玻璃化转变温度,且PES和PSF的加入促进了氰酸酯树脂的固化交联,使得氰酸酯相的玻璃化转变温度高于纯氰酸酯树脂体系。PES和PSF的添加使树脂中亲水官能团的含量发生变化,湿热老化环境下,由于吸收水分的增塑作用及聚合物的湿热水解,导致聚合物网络结构降解,玻璃化转变温度明显降低。除去样品中游离水后,水分的增塑作用消失,样品的储能模量进一步上升。The polyether sulfone(PES)and polysulfone(PSF)were used to modify the cyanate ester resin.The morphologies of the modified resin after curing were studied,and the materials were subjected to hydrothermal aging treatment under boiling water.The hydrothermal aging properties of the material were studied by dynamic thermomechanical analysis.The modified cyanate ester resin formed a two-phase structure after curing by the addition of PES and PSF and the two-phase interface of the cured sample modified by PES was better.The DMA test also showed that there were two glass transition temperatures after curing,and the addition of PES and PSF promoted the curing cross-linking of cyanate ester resin.The glass transition temperature of cyanate phase was higher than that of pure cyanate resin system.The addition of PES and PSF could change the content of hydrophilic functional groups in the resin,and the network structure of the polymer was degraded and the glass transition temperature was significantly reduced due to the plasticizing effect of water absorption and the hydrolysis of the polymer.After the free water in the sample was removed,the plasticizing effect of water disappeared,and the energy storage modulus of the samples were all further increased.
