摘 要:由于飞机荷载的特殊性,机场沥青道面在服役过程中会出现轮辙变形及裂缝等病害,而环氧沥青的热固性可以较好地延缓道面病害产生。选取环氧沥青混合料(EA)和SBS复配环氧沥青混合料(ESA),与三种机场道面常用的SBS+高模量沥青混合料(HM-SBS)、高黏+高模量沥青混合料(HM-HV)、高黏改性沥青混合料(HV)进行路用性能对比试验。结果表明:环氧沥青混凝土的高温性能及高温抗衰减性能更为优越,动稳定度最大提高10.08倍。各温度下EA及ESA的抗弯拉强度均大于另外三种混合料,最高约为后者的1.5倍。SBS的加入对EA的水稳定性有一定改善作用。环氧沥青混合料的扭剪掉粒质量损失率仅为高黏及高模量沥青混合料的30%~50%,且随着荷载的增加,ESA的质量损失增长率最低。综合考虑混合料性能及经济性,并依据熵权-TOPSIS法评价得出优选方案依次为:ESA>EA>HV>HM-HV>HM-SBS。Due to the particularity of aircraft loads,airport asphalt pavements will experience wheel rutting deformation and cracks during service,and the thermosetting property of epoxy asphalt can effectively delay the occurrence of pavement diseases.The epoxy asphalt mixtures(EA)and SBS compound epoxy asphalt mixtures(ESA)were selected and compared their performance with three commonly used airport pavement SBS+high modulus asphalt mixtures(HM-SBS),high viscosity+high modulus asphalt mixtures(HMHV),and high viscosity modified asphalt mixtures(HV).The results showed that the high temperature performance and high temperature anti-attenuation performance of epoxy asphalt concrete were superior,and the dynamic stability was increased by up to 10.08times.The flexural tensile strength of EA and ESA at all temperatures was greater than that of the other three mixtures,and the highest was about 1.5 times that of the latter.The addition of SBS has a certain improvement on the water stability of EA.The mass loss rate of epoxy asphalt mixture due to torsion shear was only 30%~50%of that of high viscosity and high modulus asphalt mixture,and with the increase of load,the mass loss growth rate of ESA was the lowest.Combined with the performance and economy of the five mixturs,and based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method evaluation,the preferred solutions are as follows:ESA>EA>HV>HM-HV>HM-SBS.
