摘 要:基于金属喷涂的复合材料电热组件为机翼前缘防除冰功能结构件。为验证金属喷涂电加热层的原理及工艺可行性,测试电热组件加热性能及防冰除冰效果,按照电热组件的实际结构制作了试验模型,在结冰风洞中进行了防冰、除冰试验。共完成一组防冰试验及两组不同加热功率密度的除冰试验,获取了加热温升特性曲线,以及试验件表面的结冰及除冰情况。试验结果表明,基于金属喷涂的复合材料电热组件在给定的试验条件下工作状态正常,升温明显,能够实现加热除冰效果,具备良好的防除冰性能。试验结果可为复合材料电热防除冰设计及优化提供一定的参考和理论依据。The composite electrothermal component based on metal spraying is a functional structural part of anti-icing and de-icing at the leading edge of the wing.In order to verify the principle and process feasibility of metal spraying electric heating layer,test the electric heating performance and anti-icing effect of components,the anti-icing and de-icing tests have been carried out in the icing wind tunnel with model test piece.A group of anti-icing tests and two groups of de-icing tests with different heating power density were completed,the heating temperature rise curve and the deicing conditions on the surface of the test piece was obtained.The test results show that under the given conditions,the electric heating component work well,the temperature was raised significantly,and can achieve good effect of anti-icing and de-icing.The test results provide a reference and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the composite electrothermal anti and de-icing.
