结冰气候室参数测试与应用分析

摘　　要：结冰气候室是一类用于地面结冰模拟的大型试验设施。本文对结冰气候室风速、温度、液态水含量及云雾粒子直径4个主要参数进行了测试分析,测试结果表明风速及温度满足技术指标要求,液态水含量及云雾粒子直径受到试验环境的影响,实测结果与设计值相比略偏低。论述了结冰气候室已开展的直升机桨叶旋转状态防除冰试验、直升机结冰探测器验证试验、机翼防除冰系统联试及功能验证、积冰冻雨等几项典型应用试验及效果。分析了气候室能力提升及用途拓展的方向,并展望了未来发展。Icing climate laboratory is a kind of large-scale test facility for ground icing simulation.The four main parameters of the icing climate laboratory are tested and analyzed,such as wind speed,temperature,liquid water content and cloud particle diameter of the icing clmate laboratory.The test results show that the wind speed and temperature meet the technical requirements,and the liquid water content and median volume diameter is slightly lower than the design value because of influence on the test environment.Several typical application and effect are discussed,for example,rotating state test of simulated blade,Ice detector testanti and de-icing system function verification test icing and freezing rain test,etc.Ability improvement and application expansion of the climate laboratory are analyzed.The future development prospect is put forward.
