摘  要:过冷大水滴(SLD)结冰云雾条件的准确模拟是结冰风洞试验能力建设的重点。为实现SLD结冰条件中冻雨结冰条件的精细化模拟,本文在两型自研的空气辅助雾化喷嘴喷雾颗粒分布特性试验研究的基础上,采用双供水供气喷雾测试平台对两型空气辅助雾化喷嘴的混合喷雾特性开展了试验匹配研究。研究结果表明,针对冻雨(MVD<40μm)条件,Model1+Model2喷嘴组合和Model1+Model2+Model1喷嘴组合匹配偏差因子F分别为28.99%和28.88%;针对冻雨(MVD>40μm)条件,Model1+Model2喷嘴组合和Model1+Model2+Model1喷嘴组合匹配偏差因子F分别为17.85%和31.94%。研究结果可为结冰风洞过冷大水滴结冰条件试验模拟能力发展提供方法和数据支撑。Accurate simulation of icing cloud conditions of supercooled water droplets(SLD)is the key point of ice wind tunnel test capacity construction.In order to realize the fine simulation of freezing rain condition in SLD freezing condition,based on the experimental study of spray particle distribution characteristics of two types of self-developed air-assisted atomizing nozzles,this paper carried out experimental matching research on the mixed spray characteristics of two types of air-assisted atomizing nozzles by using a double water supply and air supply spray test platform.The results show that:under the conditions of freezing rain(MVD<40μm),the matching deviation factor F of Model1+Model2 nozzle combination and Model1+Model2+Model1 nozzle combination is 28.99%and 28.88%,Under the conditions of freezing rain(MVD>40μm),the matching deviation factor F of Model1+Model2 nozzle combination and Model1+Model2+Model1 nozzle combination is 17.85%and 31.94%,respectively.The research results provide a method and data support for the development of the simulation ability of SLD icing condition in icing wind tunnel.
