摘　　要：目的对我国医防融合评价主题研究进行系统评价。方法以“医防融合”“评价”等为中文关键词,以“medical care”“prevention”“public health”“evaluate”等为英文关键词,系统检索中国知网、万方数据服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane和Web of Science数据库自2009年3月17日至2024年8月7日期间发表的医防融合评价相关文献,语种限定为中文和英文。纳入标准为医防融合评价应涵盖宏观制度层面、中观机构和专业层面以及微观服务层面的任一层面,且研究地区位于中国;排除医防融合内涵理论探讨和政策分析研究、国外理论与实践总结,以及会议摘要、评论、来信、报道等类型文献。共纳入30篇中文文献。对纳入研究的医防融合内涵、研究设计、评价对象、评价指标进行分析和比较。结果纳入研究的评价对象以基层医务人员和基层就诊慢性病患者为主,研究设计以横断面研究(n=18)和对照试验研究(n=8)为主,医防融合具体评价指标涉及宏观制度层面(5个)、中观机构(8个)和专业层面(11个)、微观服务层面(12个)和结果层面(3个)共计39个。结论医防融合评价研究处于发展阶段,现有研究评价指标共时性不足。ObjectiveTo systematically review the research progress in the evaluation of the integration of medical care and prevention in China.MethodsThe keywords"medical care","prevention","public health",and"evaluate"were used to search in Chinese databases(CNKI,Wangfang and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal)and English databases(PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,and Web of Science)from March 17,2009,to August 7,2024.The language of studies was restricted to Chinese and English.The inclusion criteria were the integration of medical care and prevention occurring at one of the three dimensions,i.e.,macro-system level,meso-institution and professional level and micro-service level.The study area should be located in China.The studies about theoretical exploration,policy analysis,and review of theory and practice in foreign countries regarding the integration of medical care and prevention and the article types of conference abstract,editorial,letter,and news were excluded.A total of 30 studies(in Chinese)were finally included.The definition of the integration of medical care and prevention,study design,evaluation objects,and specific evaluation indicators were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe evaluation objects of the included studies were mainly primary health staff and patients with chronic diseases in primary care.The study designs were mainly cross-sectional studies(n=18)and controlled trials(n=8).The included studies involved a total of 39 specific evaluation indicators at the macro-system level(5),meso-institutional level(8),professional level(11),micro-service level(12),and outcome level(3).ConclusionResearch on the integration of medical care and prevention is still in the development stage.The existing studies lack commonly recognized evaluation indicators regarding the integration of medical care and prevention.
