摘  要:系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种多器官受累的自身免疫性疾病,其主要特征为机体免疫系统异常激活,进而攻击自身组织和器官,其确切发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,众多研究揭示饮食与营养因素在SLE的发病、进展及治疗过程中扮演着关键的调节角色,SLE患者有望借助饮食和营养的合理调整来改善疾病状态、提高生活质量。本文综合梳理了多种营养元素和饮食方案对SLE发病、进展与治疗影响的基础与临床研究进展,并深入分析了其中作用机制的多元层次,以期为后续相关研究提供有益参考。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a multisystem autoimmune disease characterized by abnormal activation of the immune system,leading to damage of the body′s own tissues and organs.The exact mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of SLE remain incompletely understood.Increasing evidence underscores the significant role of dietary and nutritional factors in the onset,progression,and management of SLE.Modifications in dietary patterns and nutritional interventions offer a promising strategy for improving clinical outcomes and enhancing the quality of life in patients with SLE.This article synthesizes recent basic and clinical research on the impact of various nutritional elements and dietary approaches on the development,progression,and treatment of SLE.It also explores the mechanisms at different levels,aiming to provide valuable insights for future research in this area.
