摘 要:目的建立末梢水中4种消毒副产物(氯酸盐、亚氯酸盐、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸)和4种常规阴离子化合物(氟化物、氯化物、硫酸盐、硝酸盐)的双阴离子系统离子色谱同时测定检测方法。方法水样经0.22μm针式过滤器过滤,4种消毒副产物采用IonPac AS19色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm,7.5μm)和IonPac AG19保护柱(4 mm×50 mm,11μm)进行分离,以氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,梯度洗脱,进样体积为500μl。4种阴离子化合物采用IonPac AS11色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm,9μm)及IonPac AG11保护柱(4 mm×50 mm,13μm)进行分离,以20mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,等度洗脱,进样体积为50μl。用双阴离子系统离子色谱法交叉进样同时测定。结果8种化合物在各自浓度(0.005~20.0 mg/L)范围内,所得回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997~0.9999。该方法的检出限为0.0002~0.003 mg/L,定量下限为0.0006~0.009 mg/L;加标回收率为90%~110%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~3.2%。结论该方法检测分析自动化程度高,操作简单,精密度好,准确度高,适用于末梢水中4种消毒副产物和4种阴离子化合物的大批量的检测。Objective To establish a double anion system ion chromatography detection method for simultaneous determination of four disinfection by-products(chlorate,chlorite,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid)and four conventional anionic compounds(fluoride,chloride,sulfate and nitrate)in the tap water.Methods The water samples were filtered through the 0.22μm needle filter.Four disinfection by-products were separated by IonPac AS19 chromatography column(4 mm×250 mm,7.5μm)and IonPac AG19 protective column(4 mm×50 mm,11μm),eluted by using a KOH solution for gradient elution,with an injection volume of 500μl.Four anionic compounds were separated by IonPac AS11(4 mm×250 mm,9μm)chromatographic column and IonPac AG11(4 mm×50 mm,13μm)protective column,eluted by using a 20 mmol/L KOH solution for equivalent elution,with an injection volume of 50μl.Then the eight compounds were simultaneously determined by double anion system ion chromatography with cross injection.Results Totally 8 compounds showed good linear relationships in their respective concentrations ranges(0.005-20.0 mg/L),with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9997 to 0.9999.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.0002-0.003 mg/L,the quantitative limits were in the range of0.0006-0.009 mg/L,the recovery rates were 90%-110%,and the relative standard deviations were 0.1%-3.2%.Conclusion This method has a high degree of automation in detection and analysis,and is simple,sensitive,accurate,and is applicable to the batch detection of four disinfection by-products and four anionic compounds in tap water.
