摘 要:溴二苯醚(poly-brominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)等传统溴化阻燃剂(brominated fame retardants,BFRs)因其持久性和生物蓄积性,对生态系统和人体健康具有严重危害,已被纳入持久性有机污染物(persistent organic pollutants,POPs),并逐渐被世界各国禁止。有机磷酸酯阻燃剂(organophosphate flame retardants,OPFRs)因具有良好的阻燃效果以及低盐、低毒、低卤等优点,被认为是BFRs最佳替代品,目前已在世界范围内广泛应用。然而,被大量使用的OPFRs是否真的安全越来越引起学界的关注。已有研究表明,OPFRs对生物体具有明显的毒性作用,而且部分OPFRs具有内分泌干扰特性。由于内分泌干扰物与人类肿瘤发病密切相关,提示OPFRs可能参与了肿瘤的发生、进展和转移过程。本研究综述了OPFRs的毒性作用与肿瘤可能存在的联系,总结OPFRs影响肿瘤细胞增殖及转移能力的可能机制,并探讨了OPFRs毒性作用与人类肿瘤发生发展的深入研究方向,同时也为后期针对新兴污染物的健康风险评估以及政策制定提供有力证据。Traditional brominated flame retardants(BFRs),such as poly-brominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs),pose substantial risks to ecosystems and human health because of their persistence and bioaccumulation.BFRs have rapidly been outlawed by nations all over the world and subsumed within persistent organic pollutants(POPs).Organophosphate flame retardants(OPFRs)are considered as the best substitute for BFRs at present because of their good flame retardancy and low salt,low toxicity and low halogen,and have been widely used in the world.Whereas the question of whether the widely used OPFRs are indeed safe has drawn more and more scholarly interest.It has been shown that OPFRs have significant toxic effects on organisms and that some of them have endocrine disrupting properties.Since endocrine disruptors are closely associated with human tumorigenesis,it is suggested that OPFRs may be involved in the process of tumorigenesis,progression and metastasis.This paper reviewed the possible links between the toxic effects of OPFRs and tumors,summarized the possible mechanisms by which OPFRs affect the proliferation and metastatic ability of tumor cells,and explored the direction of in-depth research on the toxic effects of OPFRs and the development of tumors in human beings,as well as provided strong evidence for health risk assessment and policy formulation for emerging pollutants at a later stage.
