趋近化视域下气候政治协商的实践论辩研究

摘　　要：近年来,气候问题逐步政治化,给气候话语带来政治协商属性。本研究基于趋近化理论和实践论辩,构建新的政治话语分析框架,以政府间气候变化专门委员会发布的《气候变化2023》为分析对象,探讨气候政策话语的协商过程以及论辩前提的认知识解。研究发现:基于气候报告重构的实践论辩显示报告缺少真正的协商过程;论辩前提中使用趋近化策略能有效识解气候威胁,增强论辩的说服效果;气候话语隐含着人类中心主义和新自由主义的意识形态。本研究完善了认知和论辩相结合的说服机制,为政治话语的批评话语分析提供新的视角。The politicization of climate issues has infused climate discourse with the characteristics of political deliberation.Drawing on proximization theory and practical argumentation,this paper presents a novel analytic framework for political discourse that facilitates an exploration of the deliberative process within climate policy discourse and the construal operation in premises.With evidence from the Climate Change 2023 Synthesis Report of the IPCC,the study finds that the report lacks genuine deliberation by examining the argument reconstruction of the climate report.The employment of proximization strategies aids in framing the climate threat and bolstering the persuasiveness of arguments presented.Furthermore,this analysis reveals the ideologies of anthropocentrism and neoliberalism embedded within the climate discourse.By integrating cognitive and argumentative approaches,this study enhances the understanding of the persuasion mechanism,providing a novel perspective for the critical political discourse analysis.
