摘　　要：近年来语言与健康问题成为语言学应用研究领域里的热点课题,但国内学界对该领域的系统了解仍显不足。本研究聚焦2004-2023年语言与健康研究现状,通过文献计量分析与梳理,总结语言与健康研究的主要领域、方法路径和国际前沿动向。近20年来,国际上语言与健康研究发展迅速,从具体到宏观涉及临床语言学、医疗语言学乃至健康语言学等领域。学界基于神经语言学、心理语言学、实验语音学及音位学、大数据与人工智能、临床话语分析和民族志等方法路径开展研究,研究方法的多维融合特点显著。大健康时代背景下的语言与健康研究趋向明显:一是重视全生命周期的语言与健康问题,关注不同生命阶段的语言生活状况及相关健康问题;二是对于健康话语特别是健康话语语用问题的研究受到重视;三是语言研究全方位助力健康治理的作用愈加明显。In recent years,research on language and health has become a prominent topic in applied linguistics,but the domestic academic community's understanding of this field remains limited and lacks a systematic approach.This study provides a bibliometric analysis of the developments of language and health research from 2004 to 2023,summarizing the main research areas,methodological approaches,and international cutting-edge frontier trends.The findings indicate that language and health studies have expanded rapidly over the past two decades,covering core areas ranging from clinical linguistics,and medical linguistics,to health linguistics on both specific and macroscopic levels.Researchers have adopted diverse approaches,mainly including neurolinguistics,psycholinguistics,experimental phonetics and phonology,big data and artificial intelligence,clinical discourse analysis,and ethnography.These approaches highlight a trend toward multidimensional methodological integration.Under the context of holistic health,these existing studies present the following significant frontier trends:(1)addressing language and health issues across the entire lifespan,with attention to language life and related health problems at different life stages;(2)investigating health discourse,with a particular focus on the pragmatic aspect of health discourse;(3)supporting health governance on the strength of language research.
