摘　　要：随着全球人口老龄化,中老年慢性腰痛患者数量逐年增长。数字健康干预是一种将数字化技术与健康领域相结合,以手机通讯软件、电子健康管理平台、可穿戴设备为工具,对患者进行健康护理的一种方式,可帮助减轻患者症状,提高功能活动,促进心理健康,降低医疗成本,拓展护理服务范畴。目前,评估数字健康干预效果及影响因素的相关研究逐渐增多,但以国外研究为主,国内开展较少。本文综述了数字健康干预的干预形式、影响因素和干预效果,分析现存问题并提出相应建议,旨在为中老年慢性腰痛数字健康干预的实践提供参考。With the global aging population,the number of middle-aged and elderly patients suffering from chronic lower back pain is increasing year by year.The digital health intervention is a way of providing health care to patients by combining digital technology with the health field,using mobile communication software,electronic health management platforms,and wearable devices as tools.It plays a crucial role in addressing this trend by helping alleviate patients'symptoms,improving functional activities,promoting mental well-being,reducing healthcare costs,and expanding the scope of nursing services.Currently,there is a growing body of research assessing the effects and influencing factors of digital health interventions,but the majority of studies are conducted abroad,with limited research conducted domestically.This paper reviews the intervention forms,influencing factors,and effects of digital health interventions,analyzes existing issues and proposes corresponding recommendations,aiming to serve as a reference for the practical implementation of digital health interventions for chronic lower back pain in the elderly.
