摘  要:采集梨一大豆套种模式下梨白粉样本(LD-L)、大豆白粉样本(LD-D)以及单种模式下梨白粉样本(LI)、大豆白粉样本(DOU),通过IlluminaMiSeq高通量测序及费舍尔精确检验,比较4个样本分离物中的真菌物种组成和群落差异。检测结果显示,两种植模式下的梨白粉病菌均为Phyllactinia pyri-serotinae,大豆白粉病菌均为Erysiphe diffusa,以上系云南省首次发现;样本LD-L和LD-D、LD-L和LI、LD-D和DOU真菌群落在属水平上的物种组成差异为极显著;梨一大豆套种模式下,梨白粉病和大豆白粉病相关真菌群落物种相对丰度占比均显著低于单种模式,且检测到白粉菌重寄生菌(Ampelomycessp.)在LD-D和LD-L中占比分别为55.13%、7.91%,但在LI和DOU中未检测到,推测梨和大豆套种为白粉菌重寄生菌提供了适生条件,有利于白粉病防控。Pear powdery mildew samples(LD-L)and soybean powdery mildew samples(LD-D)were collected from the pear-soybean intercropping field,as well as pear powdery mildew(LI)and soybean powdery mildew(DOU)samples from the pear or soybean monoculture field.The fungal species composition and community differences in the four types of samples were analyzed and compared through high-throughput sequencing and Fisher's exact test.The results showed that the pathogenic fungi of pear powdery mildew was Phyllactinia pyri-serotinae,and the pathogen of soybean powdery mildew was Erysiphe diffusa,which was first discovered in Yunnan Province.A significant difference in the composition of fungal species at the genus level was identified among the LD-D and DOU,LD-D and LD-L,and LI and LD-L groups.In the context of pear-soybean intercropping mode,the relative abundance of fungal community species associated with pear and soybean powdery mildew was found to be significantly lower in comparison to the monoculture mode.Furthermore,the proportion of powdery mildew parasitic fungi Ampelomyces sp.detected in the LD-D and LD-L was 55.13%and 7.91%,respectively.The findings of this study suggested that pear-soybean intercropping had a beneficial impact on the prevention and control of powdery mildew.
