摘 要:黑果枸杞(LyciumruthenicumMurray)是我国西北地区抗盐碱化的重要植被,刺沟须麦蛾(Scrobipalpa erichiodesBidzilya&Li)为其枝干造瘦害虫。采集新疆五家渠野外黑果枸杞植株虫瘦,在室内饲养观察,结合田间调查,研究刺沟须麦蛾的生物学特性。该虫一年可发生3代,羽化高峰期为6月和8月;25℃下成虫的平均寿命最长,为16d;越冬代每年5月为害黑果枸杞嫩枝,形成纺锤形虫瘘。分析虫瘘及幼虫的特征值相关性发现,虫室宽度及虫瘦厚度与幼虫体长、体宽均呈正相关,故可根据虫大小粗略判断其幼虫的发育情况。本研究结果可为进一步探讨黑果枸杞上刺沟须麦蛾的发生规律及综合防治提供科学依据。Lycium ruthenicum Murray,an important saline-alkali resistant vegetation in northwest China,is susceptible to gall-inducing pest damage,specifically from Scrobipalpa erichiodes Bidzilya&Li.In this study,we investigated the biological characteristics of S.erichiodes collected from field survey in Wujiaqu City.The results showed that S.erichiodes exhibited three peaks of emergence per year,with the peak of emergence in June and August.At 25 C,the adult moth exhibited the longest average lifespan,16 days.The overwintering generation caused damage to the shoots of L.ruthenicum in May on an annual basis,resulting in the formation of a spindle-shaped gall.A nutrient layer was identified within the galls,offering the larvae a source of sustenance.A correlation analysis was conducted between the characteristic values of galls and larvae,revealing a positive association between the width of the insect chamber and the thickness of the galls,on the one hand,and the body length and width of the larvae,on the other.This finding provides a preliminary method for assessing the development of the larvae within the galls.This study provides a scientific basis for further exploration of the occurrence pattern of S.erichiodes and its integrated control.
