摘  要:为了明确引起湖北省多花黄精白绢病的病原种类,筛选防治该病的高效药剂。2019一2022年从恩施地区多个多花黄精产区采集白绢病株和病部菌核,经分离纯化得到23株菌株,综合形态学、分子生物学方法对代表性菌株HJ1进行鉴定,基于该菌株的ITS和TEF-1α基因构建系统发育树,最终鉴定采集地多花黄精白绢病的病原菌为罗耳阿太菌(Athelia rolfsi)。开展多个药剂对该病原菌的室内毒力测定,发现化学药剂噻酰胺、吡唑醚菌酯、咯菌腈和生物药剂丁子香酚、乙蒜素、蛇床子素对菌丝生长的抑制效果较好,可考虑将上述杀菌剂应用于多花黄精白绢病的防治。The objective of this study was to identify the pathogen species causing southern blight on Polygonatum cyrtonema in Hubei Province and to screen effective fungicides.Diseased plants and sclerotium were collected from multiple P.cyrtonema plantations in Enshi Prefecture from 2019 to 2022.The pathogens were isolated using tissue isolation methods,followed by comprehensive morphological and molecular biological identification.The construction of a phylogenetic tree was then facilitated using the ITS and TEF-lαgenes of the strain.The pathogen responsible for the southern blight of P.cyrtonema was identified as Athelia rolfsi.Subsequently,an indoor toxicity test was conducted on several fungicides against the pathogen.It was found that the chemical agents thifluzamide,pyraclostrobin,and fludioxonil,as well as the biological agents eugenol,ethylicin and osthole,exhibited good inhibitory effects on A.rolfsi mycelial growth.The aforementioned fungicides could be considered for the prevention and control of southern blight on P.cyrtonema.
