摘 要:为明确云南保山春季和秋季玉米草地贪夜蛾发生为害规律,制定科学合理的防治对策,于2020年和2021年在保山市隆阳区蒲缥镇对春玉米和秋玉米田草地贪夜蛾卵块和幼虫种群数量进行调查,2024年进行“一拌一喷一撒”防治集成技术(播种时拌种、苗期喷雾和喇叭口期撒心)田间试验。结果表明,草地贪夜蛾卵块在春、秋玉米田均有发现,2020年春玉米大喇叭口期和抽雄期卵块数量最高为百株6.0块,2021年春玉米抽雄期卵块数量最高为百株20.0块;2020年秋玉米抽雄期最高为百株4.0块,2021年秋玉米大喇叭口期最高为百株9.0块。幼虫在春、秋玉米整个生育期都发生,2020年和2021年春玉米拔节期幼虫种群最高分别为百株101.0和287.7头;2020年秋玉米抽雄期幼虫百株虫量最高为百株614.0头,2021年秋玉米拔节期幼虫百株虫量最高为807.0头。应用“一拌一喷一撒”技术防治田玉米果穗受害率、有虫果穗率和百株果穗虫口数比农民自防田分别降低了45.5、78.4个百分点和89.3%。综合以上结果,云南省保山市隆阳区玉米田草地贪夜蛾的防治应把握在玉米拔节期和喇叭口期进行,应用“一拌一喷一撒”技术能有效控制该虫为害。试验结果可为草地贪夜蛾在云南省预测预报和科学防控提供依据。The objective of this study was to elucidate the occurrence and damage of Spodoptera frugiperda in spring and autumn maize fields in Baoshan,Yunnan Province,and formulate scientific and reasonable control countermeasures.To this end,the population numbers of egg and larvae were investigated in Pupiao Town during 2020 and 2021.In 2024,an integrated control technology known as"dressing,spraying,and spreading"(pesticide seed dressing during sowing,spraying while seedling,and spreading to the whorl during V8~V12 stage)was applied in the spring maize.The results showed that the egg masses of S.frugiperda occurred in both spring and autumn corn fields.The maximum number of egg masses recorded was 6.0 per 100 plants during the V12 stage and tasseling stage of spring corn in 2020.In 2021,the highest number of egg masses was observed to be 20.0 per 100 plants in the tasseling stage of spring corn.The maximum number of egg masses in 100 autumn corn plants was recorded in the tasseling stage in 2020,at 4.0,and in the jointing stage in 2021,at 9.0.Larvae were observed throughout the entire growth period of corn in both spring and autumn.The highest recorded larvae population in the jointing stage of spring corn was 101.0 individuals in 2020 and 287.1 individuals in 2021,respectively.The highest number of larvae population in autumn corn was observed in the tasseling stage in 2020,at 614.0 individuals per 100 plants,and in the jointing stage in 2021,at 807.0 individuals per 100 plants.The implementation of the"dressing,spraying,and spreading"strategy led to a significant reduction in the damage rate of corn ears by 45.5%,the rate of insect-infested ears by 78.4%,and the number of larvae per 100 ears by 89.3%,as compared to the farmers'experience-based control.These findings suggest that the control of S.frugiperda in maize fields in Baoshang City,Yunnan Province,should be carried out during the jointing and V12 stages of maize,and the application of the"dressing,spraying,and spreading"technology can effectively control the da
