摘　　要：在平台革命时代与平台经济社会,深受平台战略成功实践的示范影响和多边平台理论的借鉴启发,为回应公共治理复杂性与公共服务多样性,基于多边平台的平台型治理模式应运而生。旗帜鲜明地建构适合于共建共创、共治共享的平台型治理理论体系,是现代公共治理理论因时因势演化发展的必然,应基于多边平台的概念界定及其正外部性的研究假设,遵循起点论、问题论、系统论、范畴论的逻辑,从概念哲学与学科基础、基本问题与基本内容、理论边界与应用场景等方面探索平台型治理理论体系的主要范畴,解析平台型治理的系统结构,探索平台型治理理论体系建构的路径。对平台型治理理论体系的建构逻辑、主要范畴与价值意蕴进行深入探讨,不仅有助于促进政府治理理论的创新发展、填补公共治理学科的理论拼图,还有助于推进中国式政府治理现代化。In the era of platform revolution and platform economy society,deeply influenced by the successful practice of platform strategies and inspired by the theory of multi-sided platforms,in response to the complexity of public governance and the diversity of public services,Platform-based governance on multisided platforms has emerged.Clear construction of platform-based governance theoretical system,which is suitable for co-construction,co-creation,co-governance and sharing is an inevitable evolution and development of modern public governance theory according to the times and circumstances.According to the concept definition and positive externality hypothesis of multi-sided platforms,following logical starting point theory,problem theory,system theory,and category theory of logical methods,this study explore the main categories of the platform-based governance theoretical system from aspects such as conceptual philosophy and disciplinary foundation,fundamental issues and core content,theoretical boundaries,and application scenarios.It also analyzes the systemic structure of platform-based governance and explores paths for constructing its theoretical system.Exploring the construction logic,main categories,and value implications of the platformbased governance theoretical system is helpful for promoting the innovation development of government governance theories and fill the theoretical puzzle of governance discipline,and promoting the modernization of Chinese government governance.
