摘 要:针对目前物理、材料等领域对于高低温连续可控、可调温度环境的原位测试需求,以G-M制冷机为冷源,设计了一种被动式可变热阻结构,本结构在低温下具有较高导热系数、高温下具有较低导热系数,可以实现样品温度在6.2~800 K大温区范围内可控、可调,且不会对G-M制冷机正常运行造成影响。本系统结构简单、运行稳定可靠,且高低温模拟和试验验证结果吻合较好。In response to the current demand for in-situ testing in the fields of physics and materials for a continuously controllable and adjustable temperature environment at both high and low temperatures,a passive variable thermal resistance structure was designed with a G-M cryocooler as the cold source.This structure has a high thermal conductivity at low temperatures and a low thermal conductivity at high temperatures,enabling the sample temperature to be controlled and adjusted within a wide range of 6.2~800 K without affecting the normal operation of the G-M cryocooler.The system is simple in structure,stable and reliable in operation,and the simulation and experimental verification results at both high and low temperatures are in good agreement.
