摘 要:传统电摩轮毂电机提出了更严格的效率、噪音、转矩密度要求。为进一步提升电摩轮毂电机的转矩密度及效率,针对具体车型样机动力参数进行优化设计,开发一种双层扁线集中绕组,采用Solidworks软件对定子绕组进行三维建模,通过Ansys Maxwell有限元软件建立了电机的仿真分析模型,对定子与转子关键参数进行优化设计以及电磁特性分析,最后研制原理样机后进行实验对比,测试结果验证了双层扁线集中绕组结构的可行性及仿真准确性,可为类似结构轮毂电机设计提供一种思路。The traditional electric motorcycle hub motor puts forward more strict efficiency,noise,and torque density requirements.In order to further improve the torque density and efficiency of the electric motorcycle hub motor,the design of the dynamic parameters of a specific model prototype is optimized.The structure of double-layer flat wire concentrated winding is adopted,Solidworks software is used to conduct three-dimensional modeling of the stator winding,and the simulation analysis model of the motor is established in Ansys Maxwell finite element software.The key parameters of the stator and the rotor are optimized and the electromagnetic characteristics are analyzed.Finally,the prototype is developed and tested.The test result has verified the feasibility and simulation accuracy of the double-layer flat wire concentrated winding structure.This study can provide new ideas for the design of similar hub motors.
