摘  要:变双曲圆弧齿线(VH-CATT)圆柱齿轮作为一种新型齿轮,具有优异的啮合传动性能,因此分析其啮合特性具有重要意义。为了分析不同载荷大小和不同载荷类型对其啮合特性的影响,运用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA在不同载荷大小和不同载荷类型条件下对齿轮传动系统的啮合过程进行分析,得到该圆弧齿轮在整个啮合过程中齿面压力、等效塑性应变、等效应力和最大剪切应力的变化趋势。研究结果表明:随着载荷的增大,该圆弧齿轮啮合过程中的危险时间点逐渐靠近啮入阶段,且该圆弧齿轮即使在交变载荷条件下,仍未有明显的二次啮入冲击,具有良好的啮合性能。研究结果可为VH-CATT圆柱齿轮传动设计、制造提供一定的理论依据。As a new type of gear,the Variable-Hyperbolic-Circular-Arc-Tooth-Trace(VH-CATT)cylindrical gear has excellent meshing transmission performance,so it is of great significance to analyze its meshing characteristics.In order to analyze the influence of different load sizes and types on its meshing characteristics,this paper uses the finite element analysis software LS-DYNA to analyze the meshing process of the gear transmission system under different load sizes and types,and obtains the change trend of the tooth surface pressure,equivalent plastic strain,equivalent stress and maximum shear stress of the gear in the whole meshing process.The results show that with the increase of load,the dangerous time point in the meshing process gradually moves towards the meshing stage,and the gear has no obvious secondary meshing impact even under the condition of alternating load,which indicates good meshing performance.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of VH-CATT cylindrical gear transmission system.
