摘 要:根据某型发动机在翼清洗设备的功能要求,对清洗设备底盘、喷嘴、液压系统、气压系统、电控箱系统等模块进行了设计分析。结果表明,结合某型发动机气流通道的结构特点,采用模块化设计可提高在翼清洗设备功能,双水路设计提高了清洗去污效率,喷嘴设计适应不同机型和部位,电控系统实现精准控制等,提高了在翼清洗设备功能和清洗去污效率,增加通用性,满足了某型发动机不分解情况下对其气流通道沉积物进行在线清洗,快速恢复发动机性能。According to the functional requirements of a certain type of on-wing engine cleaning equipment,the design and analysis of the chassis,nozzle,hydraulic system,air pressure system,electric control box system and other modules of the cleaning equipment are carried out.The results show that the modular design can improve the function of the on-wing cleaning equipment,the double-channel design can improve the cleaning efficiency,the nozzle design can adapt to different models and parts,and the electronic control system can achieve precise control.The design improves the function of the on-wing cleaning equipment and the cleaning efficiency,increases its universality,satisfies the on-line cleaning requirements of the sediments in the airflow channel of a certain type of engine,and can quickly recover the engine performance.
