摘　　要：以压力管道焊接处出现整体开裂的情况为例,通过对压力管道焊接开裂处的宏观形貌、金相组织、化学成分的研究,对比分析发现压力管道焊接失效的原因,为今后压力管道焊接工艺的创新和发展提供有力支撑。The article takes the case of overall cracking at the welded joints of pressure pipelines as an example,and studies the macroscopic morphology,metallographic structure,and chemical composition of the cracked welded joints.Comparative analysis reveals the causes of the failure in pressure pipeline welds,which provides strong support for the innovation and development of pressure pipeline welding processes in the future.
