摘  要:为保证负荷变电站中GIS设备的稳定运行,降低设备内部各种故障发生的概率,设计了一套基于WSN的GIS作业环境感知与监测系统。该系统由视频监控子系统、通风子系统、报警子系统、交互子系统、组网设备和边缘物理设备构成。传感器节点由传感器、A/D转换器、微控制器和无线路由构成,再由多个传感器节点组成监测系统的WSN网络,该网络统一采集并传输数据,由集成了基于深度学习故障识别算法的计算机服务器进行处理,最终实现对GIS设备的有效控制和监控。所设计的GIS作业环境感知与监测系统能够实现气压传感与红外成像温度识别、设备绝缘故障识别等基础功能,测试结果显示,设备温度和气压测量误差在1%以内,对设备绝缘故障的识别率可达80%以上。In order to ensure the stable operation of GIS equipment in load substations and reduce the probability of various internal faults,a GIS operation environment perception and monitoring system based on WSN is designed.The system consists of the video surveillance subsystem,the ventilation subsystem,the alarm subsystem,the interaction subsystem,networking equipment,and edge physical equipment.The sensor node consists of sensors,A/D converters,microcontrollers,and wireless routers.Multiple such sensor nodes are further combined to form the WSN network of the monitoring system.This network uniformly collects and transmits data to a computer server integrated with deep learning fault recognition algorithms for processing,ultimately achieving effective control and monitoring of GIS equipment.The designed GIS work environment perception and monitoring system can achieve basic functions such as pressure sensing and infrared imaging temperature recognition,equipment insulation fault recognition,etc.The test results show that the temperature and pressure measurement error of equipment is within 1%,and the recognition rate of equipment insulation faults can reach over 80%.
