摘  要:为使具有DP-2(Dynamic Positioning-2)附加标志的船舶在出现最大单点故障之后能保持既定的船位和艏向,同时使电力系统设计合理化、简单化,开展双路供电变频器故障研究。通过分析伸缩推双路供电的优点,确定对伸缩推采用DP分区供电的AFE(Active Front End)多传动变频器驱动方式。重点研究AFE多传动变频器直流母排故障的类型,包括整流器输入侧短路、整流器与逆变器之间的直流母排短路和整流模块内的直流母排短路;同时,分析各类型故障对船舶电网的影响,验证伸缩推采用双路供电的可行性。In order to ensure that ships with DP-2(Dynamic Positioning-2)additional markings can maintain their established position and heading after the occurrence of the maximum single point fault,and to rationalize and simplify the design of the power system,research on the dual power supply frequency converter faults is carried out.By analyzing the advantages of dual power supply for telescopic push,it is determined to adopt the AFE(Active Front End)multi drive frequency converter driving method with DP partition power supply for telescopic push.Focus is placed on researching the types of DC busbar faults in AFE multi drive frequency converters,including short circuits on the input side of rectifiers,DC busbar short circuits between rectifiers and inverters,and DC busbar short circuits within rectifier modules.At the same time,the impact of various types of faults on the entire ship power grid is analyzed and the rationality of using dual power supply for the telescopic push is verified.The formed design method can serve as a reference for similar ship designs.
