摘 要:针对传统船舶绝缘材料敷设存在的工序复杂、施工效率低、材料损耗多和保温性能差等问题,提出一种新型船用喷涂绝缘材料。简述该绝缘材料的组成和施工原理,重点从防火、保温、隔声、附着力、固化周期和安全性等方面进行分析。研究表明,相比传统绝缘材料,喷涂绝缘材料具有优异的耐火、保温和隔声性能,以及更高的性价比和施工效率,能有效节约船厂劳动力,实现减负增效。A new type of marine spray insulation material is proposed to address the problems of complex installation processes,low construction efficiency,high material loss,and poor insulation performance in traditional ship insulation material laying.The composition and construction principle of the insulation material is briefly described,with a focus on analyzing aspects such as fire prevention,heat and sound insulation,sound insulation,adhesion,curing cycle,and safety.Research has shown that compared to traditional insulation materials,sprayed insulation materials have excellent fire resistance,heat and sound insulation,and sound insulation properties,as well as higher performance-cost ratio and construction efficiency,which can effectively save shipyard labor and achieve workload reduction and efficiency improvement.
