摘　　要：本专家共识由多学科团队协作制订,旨在规范孕产期心脏手术的围手术期管理,提高母胎/母婴结局。共识基于国内外文献和临床经验,提出了6项推荐意见,强调孕产期心脏手术应在具备成熟多学科团队条件的医疗机构实施,重点关注孕产期心血管系统变化及其临床问题,结合病情、孕周和手术方式等进行个体化动态风险评估,并对保留妊娠仅行心脏手术及剖宫产同期心脏手术的围手术期管理提出特殊目标和要点,以优化管理流程,提高医疗质量,改善母胎/母婴预后。This expert consensus was developed through a multidisciplinary team collaboration,aiming to standardize the perioperative management of cardiac surgery during pregnancy and improve maternal and fetal(infant)outcomes.Based on domestic and international literature and clinical experience,the consensus proposes 6 recommendations,emphasizing that cardiac surgery during pregnancy should be performed in medical institutions with a mature multidisciplinary team.It focuses on the physiological changes of the cardiovascular system during pregnancy and related clinical issues,and advocates for individualized dynamic risk assessment based on the patient′s condition,gestational age,and surgical approach.Special goals and key points for the perioperative management of cardiac surgery with retained pregnancy and cesarean delivery concurrent with cardiac surgery are also proposed to optimize management processes,enhance medical quality,and improve maternal and fetal(infant)outcomes.
